No offence to fans of Ok kanmani but I feel they are just overreacting without seeing the film.
Ever since the trailer released,I keep reading some members comparing this movie with the south movie and saying that the south movie and the south actors are better. How can people compare them when all these actors are totally different from each other? Aditya is a talented actor and I also agree Shraddha is a weak actress but it's strange to see people judging the film and the actors even before it released. If people keep comparing both movies then I don't think they will enjoy watching the hindi movie even if it's entertaining.

It's not just Shraddha but Aditya too. Uff.. that engagement promo was especially bad. Their expressions look so staged.

Both of them can't act to save their lives but ARK at least has some amount of screen presence. Shraddha is plain bland and insufferable when she comes on screen. Zero charisma. Like someone mentioned, a Parineeti or an Alia could have done a stellar job as Tara. But alas!

See, Saathiya was also a famous Mani Ratnam remake of a tamil film. But even with the Hindi version, the actors had their own charm which only added to the script. It may not have been of the same caliber as the original (as some say), but it was definitely unique its own way. It added to the already great film. I don't see that as the case with Ok Jaanu... Maybe we are underestimating the movie before its release but honestly it seems like a let down until now. I guess we'll see at the end of the week...

I agree its super annoying! Even Im not a fan of Adi-Shraddha's acting but the constant comparision is becoming rather annoying now

I'm just keeping myself away from everything related to OKJ. Both aditya and shraddha are so plasticy compared to Dulquer and Nitya. The actors are the life of this script! I feel the original actors should have been retained for the film. Can't see anybody in Bollywood stand upto them!

I would still say that people should wait for the movie to release.I don't have much hopes with Shraddha but I think Aditya may be good in the movie and he acted really well in Aashiqui 2.

Secondly, Shaad Ali is a good director. He directed Saathiya really well.I agree Saathiya had brilliant actors.Even the supporting actors of that movie were really good.I still feel people should wait for the movie's release before judging it.

If someone is not interested in a movie, they just ignore the thread and move on. They don't keep watching the actors and making thread after thread cribbing and whining. It's like they can't keep themselves away.
In fact those people who liked the trailor said it and moved on but these members are stuck in a time warp and can't tear themselves away 😆
