What I really disliked how ekta shows blamed the extramarital affairs on the other woman totally and showing the husband volavala getting fasaoed by tempting mistress😡

You misundersood my question.. I was asking if in any show, she showed as marital rape being forgiven by the girl with ease or not being shown as something wrong.. Ansh was punished for rape.. Mouni was not raped by husband but by his cousin who was also punished.. I did not follow Tulsi Mihir saga so no idea on that front😆

I just came across in childhood and used to watch them eagerly. KZK was my fav show. Used to watch Kyunki Saas because of KARAN-Nandini. Exactly I also find Ekta's females leads kuch better than 4 lions or ST uncle female leads.

Well I was confused about the potrayal of that because after two minutes in this video Kripa's conscience tells her that he did in fact rape her. So I dont think it was confirmed either way. And he did more than just scare her. He did molest at the very least in the scene.

My larger point was her shows had a lot of regressive practices that are now a key part of indian television. Before Ekta came during doordarshan times Indian Television was class and art. Many say even better than films being made at the time. Stalwarts like Shyam Bengal and Anurag Basu directed some great work. Ekta came and made it more regressive. I know some shows today are far worse than what she use to show. But she did start the decline. How many times did she show independent women? They mostly shown working in the kitchen.Not that there is anything wrong with that. But it was the only
Role shown for women without much diversity. I respect stay at home wives.
