He should've hired Twinkle Khanna who actually IS an interior decorator & a very good one at that. Gauri & Susanne just live
Off others work & pass it off as their own. There are so many other excellent interior decorators to choose from, W*F did he go with Gauri. There are other ways to please Shah, RK. Wink wink!

I guess Gauri is choice for many coz of her brand value. It's Ranbir's choice but to think it'll get favour from SRK is laughable!!

That room(minus the chandelier) looks like RK's eyes-Dull and Sleepy So I don't blame gauri it might have been RK's choice.

Yeah...Ranbir went to Gauri so that he could please Shahrukh...the stuff you come across here is truly amusing on every level! 😆 Ranbir who has been in the industry for almost a decade now , has been called the next superstar , has given tremendous performances needs to go to Gauri to please Shahrukh...bravo on that effed up rationale. Someone in his position can go to any interior designer out there but the fact that he chose to go to Gauri says a lot about her as an interior designer rather than who she is married to. The misogyny here is truly astounding man. The woman pursued art even when she was in school. Same goes for Sussanne. It all ultimately somehow here comes down to who they married to...smh. There are plenty of interior designers out there , if someone who is going to them despite having options then it must be because they want to. As for their work , you probably don't care for it but maybe the client does...lol! If Rishi Kapoor of all people is praising her work then he must have liked it. As for Pinkvilla...when have the comments there made any sense. People there say the most vile things even about Gauri and Shahrukh's kids , why would they spare her or anyone for that matter.

Gauri is just "SRK wife", no matter how hard she tries and she owes her career to SRK and RK chose her to get to SRK ?!!
Same people call RK as KJo's favorite, who is SRK's best friend !! Yet RK has to use Gauri to get to SRK !! I wish people remember their own posts and keep record of her as well!!

The comments here hardly surprise me RR. The thing is when she wasn't working then it was stated (talking in general) ...oh what does she do! She does nothing! As if being a homemaker , raising children , building a home together is nothing. Just because she chose to shift to Bombay with him so that he could pursue his career and perhaps put her own dreams on the backburner for awhile , it somehow means whatever projects she is getting now are because of him..lol! Not once pondering over the fact that if people are approaching her for projects despite them being in the position where they could approach anyone then it is perhaps because they like what she has to offer as an interior designer. Art is subjective anyways man so it's not even about folks not caring for her sense of aesthetic. That is an opinion that will obviously vary from person to person but she has her own identity. Yes she is Shahrukh's wife , just like he is her husband but they are individuals too who have their own careers. Not to mention Ranbir of all people needs to suck up to Shahrukh...really? Shahrukh ain't no God! Neither did he launch Ranbir nor does he have a hand in his success. So the rationale here or the lack of like I stated is truly amusing.

Don't waste your time anymore on haters ZK. Let them make fool of themselves. RK has good body of work , such silly comments only show his impact !!

Gauri K is the most overrated Interior designer I've come across. We'd visited her Delhi store and she was one of the designers we'd approached for our Delhi house over the summer. Though some of their collection was nice more than half of it was just furniture and accessories she'd procured off Harrods, Harvey Nichols and other similar store. None of it reflected any form of creativity, I don't think she even understands that buying expensive furniture does not equal to good interior designing. And from what I've seen (atleast in terms of the Delhi crowd) most people approach her because they want to get the Gauri Khan tag and get closer to the Bollywood lot than actually caring about the interior designing. In terms of RK though he doesn't need to network this way but I suppose he was going through a phase where his films weren't doing well so he probably wanted to remain in KJO's and SRK's good books

So by that logic all BW should hire Gauri as their interior designer. Why is SSR not doing it?
