Sonam is usually enthusiastic about sharing pics and looks from n event on Instagram..but she has not mentioned this event at all..even when she paid a tribute to rekha and her brother won n award..there was just one tweet mentioning his award..

Exactly! And people keep on talking about nepotism. But seriously ; if Sonam had had the same aggressive backing than Alia , then there would be no Deepika and Anushka as Anil would have ensured that the competition was wiped.

Anyways, I hope there was enough outrage and that the next awards will be fairer.

deepika has a super annoying PR..no doubt..but she also has talent..one cannot deny that she was pretty good in movies like piku, tamasha etc which also is a factor not just her PR..same with alia..there is talent there..not just nepotism

ignoring the obvious talent in these girls and just crediting PR and nepotism to them won't make sonam any more talented..

Argh! when did I ignore their "talent". They can be good but they aren't as good as people are making it out to be . I think there are better options than these two. But I have never claimed that Sonam was the most talented out there ; just that she's more talented that people make her out to be.

And where did I mention Alia in the post you quoted ?

Know that without their PR even talent wouldn't have helped them. that's how it is.

Piku and Tamasha happened way after BKB so how am I wrong ?
