I cant believe that Akshay or any other person will pay 3 lakh rupees bill in cash specially when they have so many cards and cash is limited. Anyways gud for staff to get new currency so easily.

And you are right...meri bahut jali hain. After standing in Q for two days in two different weeks I managed to get just Rs.44,000 cash. I wish I knew Akki ko itna saara new currency kahan se mila.

Aapne galat calculate kiya... article says he had 18000 in cash.. doesn't say 18000 was tip... article says left pretty tip... woh kuch bhi ho sakta hai... 1000 or 2000 or even 5000... family ke saath dinner... koi restaurant itna expensive nahi ki 3 lacs bill aaye.. unless large group of people.. 18000 cash tha in total.. aur usme se bill aur tip pay kiya... :-)
