We have started identifying with them . In olden, days stars were treated like Demi gods. You couldn't do half the things they did. They were protected by their aura and all the people who earned off them.
The Stars have become more accesible. They are like one of us or at least pretend to be one of us. We are getting this misplaced anger on their behalf.
Beside the truth is nobody is working in Bollywood as they used to in 90 and before. They were really packing more movies.
It is easy to trash a movie. Lakhan can provide all relevant boi data, reviews can be posted, there is anticipation, promotion, review discussion, post Mortem, Bo analysis. War cries if there is clash. All the fun stuff. And cycle repeat every month for next fav.
Stars would work throghout the day in 90s. There was one release from these stars every few months. Now people are working on 1-2 movies per year. How much time can you spend posting same pictures or talking about same movie.With no new multiple release from stars, their personal life is all that is left for people to discuss.
With less movies containing stars PR, rubbish talk and blinds are become prominent. There is senseless character assassination, temper flying all around and General discontent which is unfortunate. Because we are hurting nobody but each other.
