Yet a few years ago even she was obsessed with being super skinny as showcased by her size zero stint. Only reason she's changed her tune now is because she's pregnant otherwise even she wouldn't want to be "fat."
I also don't get shaming skinny people for some of them it's genuinely hard to gain weight, they're always a punching bag for these so called body positives. Let people have the bodies they want unless it's bad for their health.

Aishwarya worked while she was pregnant but she just didn't use the pregnancy for PR. She was shooting Heroine before the controversy and she did ad shoots.
