You need to observe your dad more.. he is such a pleasant guy :)

Harshu needs to change his attitude - needs to stop being arrogant.. he has so much arrogance, it is heartbreaking how it is wasting all the money, talent, time.. And, a person will never grow unless he is receptive and looks at everything with respect - if you see, there is something to learn from everything.

Hope his father knocks some sense into his head... because, this guy has the potential, he doesnt realise how his arrogance is costing him.
