No, the two national holidays are compulsory and have to be observed. In case of continuous process industry, they have to schedule it accordingly but the times it cannot, then they have to take permission from Govt and then give leave in lieu of it later. It has be compensated. Other holidays and leaves are as per labour laws.

TM Rimi - I assume that you are not trying to troll or bash here.

Let me give some background, coz what I am gonna say may be misinterpreted. I have a Pakistani neighbor and we go BW movies together, most of the times we go for 2nd or 3rd viewing together. She is probably most progressive woman I have seen. She is 2nd Generation Brit-Pak and her family backhome is Pak-Elite .

She is also aware of all the hoopla and background of ADHM and is a huge BW buff.

Her comment on Alizeh's character , during watching the movie was - Thank god they did not show her a Pakistani. It would have been serious character assassination of Pak young girl by BW movie and would have been banned in Pak if she was shown as a Lahori.

Sorry, If I hurt any sentiments, but thank god they made the characters Indian and I don't mind them being Muslim coz I have seen many muslim girls like Alizeh in India.

Salman movie doesn't need any logic 😉.It can easily run on BO and earn money without any logic.

Exactly. If you are showing them to belong to any religion, bring some authenticity. Looks like KJO was trying to encash something.
How easily was Lahore replaced with Lucknow. It shows dept of KJO's script😆

aisa nahi hai , bajrangi mein sense tha , PRDP utni bhi buri nahi thi. Yes Jai ho was bekaar adnd dabangg bhi koi bahut jyada illogical type nahi kehla sakti

Kjo wanted to cash in extra $ with keeping subject to one nation. Diwali mein toh waisay he public movie dekhney jayegi.
