Why didn't Saba change her surname after divorce?

During the painting exhibition, I think I heard the name Tahir Taliyar Khan.

Saba's name is also Saba Taliyar Khan so why didn't she change her surname after divorce?

Legally the divorced women are not required to change their name because that married name is on a lot of legal documents so they are allowed to retain their married name if they want to.

Her SSC certificate mein toh uske before marriage wala surname hi hoga na.

I don't think Saba was married off at an early age.She doesn't look that young too.

She would have definitely completed her studies and then would have got married.

So all her degree certificates might be having her before marriage wala surname.
