TV ratings are so confusing .

When a movie is released in theatre, we all know holidays, Clashing with other movie and all external conditions.

Its possible only on TV that Sanam Re had more eyeballs than BM😲 , the reason being Kapil Sharma's show was opening on the same night of BM premier

Yes, TV ratings of movie are matter of pride - Its similar to my taking pride in Ranbir winning most handsome actor on IF😆

Salman's stardom on TV should be measured by BigBoss, not by his movie ratings on TV, even if he is winning, remember that when Sultan was being aired, some hit Sallu movies were also on other channels. People like me would watch HAHK anyday than Sultan on TV.

Nothing is ADJUSTED, you can't get a simple math adding up of figures?

Theatre Audience = Footfalls = Film Tickets Sold

TV Impression = Ppl watching at Home on their TV

So, 1 value is Theatre footfalls, when added up with TV impression, gives a final Figure of No. of ppl watched this film.

Like for sultan

Footfalls (Theatre) = 3,26,89,000

TV Impression = 1,13,10,000

Final Figure = 4,39,99,000

This is done for every film.
