Nikki you are absolutely right on this point.

As an Indian, I was really looking forward to PC being interviewed by Ellen since her debut singles because Ellen is big in my demographic but that WAS arrogant and Ellen was right for popping her bubble and telling her what's up.

Also, I believe somewhere you used the word "Indians". Seriously, what's so wrong with that. Yeah, Indians do overreact. We mustn't be so sensitive about everything...not everything is anti-national. 🥱

I found Chelsea's interview ignorant. Why was she shocked that people in India speak English? She sounded like such a typical whitewashed delusional ass.🤔 People her kind are so embarrassing when they ask minor question like these.

Okay, look I get where you are coming from but I'm just gonna shed some light on the other side of things. People from lots of Asian countries i.e. China, Phillipenes cannot speak English in their country or when they first come as immigrants and there is NOTHING wrong with that! I'm sure Indians don't know a lot of things about Americans either...that doesn't make them ignorant. Although English is super common in metro cities, only about 10% can speak English in the grand picture. And we really need to stop lifting ourselves to western standards for contentment, somebody's inability to speak English doesn't undermine them as an individual. It is just a language.

@krystalwatz - I don't think racism is funny...I found that kalyan jewellers ad with aishwarya rai in bad taste..but ellen's joke on usain I did not find offensive...I get history but is it always necessary to focus on the person's colour?...that joke to me was more about usain bolt as a runner.

Kalyan Jeweller's ad was in bad taste because it showed child labour. But it wasn't 'racist'. The joke might've been on Usain's speed, but it took on racist hues because of the events which shaped the history and culture of the United States.
