Waise why release our movies over there and make Pakistani govt earn from the movies in form of the taxes ...which they can later use for galat kaam? Like YY said.

MNS took a stand and protested on Banning artist and ensured funds dont flow from Indian soil...Now we will have to wait for some other messiah to take up this Film release issue.

In this case, its a double whammy...not only the taxes are going to the pak govt...but if India film Industry pulls the plug...Pak govt will have to give subsidy for their Industry to survive.

GOI hasnt proposed ban on artist, neither it seems to be inclined to ban film release in Pak...If you ask why... your guess is as good as mine...could be low priority, Some technicality etc which you and me are not able to understand at this point

P.S - FYI.Cinema Association is still persisting with the ADHM ban even after MNS withdrawal...can you shed some light as to why ?...since you were certain it was MNS threat

So Patriotic and Nationalist Ajay Devgan is releasing Shivaay in Pakistan, IF news reports are to go by...

Another master stroke by him... Take Pakistan ka paisa... bring it back to India and help Indian soldiers with Pakistan ka paisa...

He may have to pay taxes in Pakistan but that will be only a small percentage of the earnings... and will help terrorism but only slightly

Masterstroke! IF this is true.

BTW that Indian movies are banned is a misconception. It is not a government ban. Ban by a COEAI like organization which is not binding. I applaud Ajay for trying to maximize profits on day 1 so that max profits go to Uri victims even if he funds terrorism a little bit. Must be the cost for 50 AK47s which is all for a good cause.

Red - Did you read the whole post or just a selective part.

The Indian soil was in context of film industry, which is based in Mumbai...which happens to be in India...call it Mumbai soils if that gives you the high😆

On the company you work, ...you said it trades with Pak...not clear if you mean Import or Export.

If Import... I have mentioned GOI is reviewing these matters( MFN) and it is WIP because of either low priority or some Technical issue...mentioned I have no clue about delay (as am not a bureaucrat sitting at the centre)

If Export...Unlike India, Pak has not given MFN status to to India, hence allows only certain category of imports (i.e Export from India)...mostly the ones perceived essential...some have been voluntary stopped (like Veggies from Guj).

If you want action...You should approach MNS, i.e. if your company is based out of Maharastra ...sure they will take action...If not in Maharashtra,...contact a local NGO or party (Messiah as I said in post)

Alternatively you can post the company details with the traded items...I will put it on the social media...always at service on these issues.

P.S - pleased that now the discussion has moved to deviations/exceptions... no more exasperating discussion on merit of stopping fund flow to Pak.

Bold - Like Fox is to ADHM...Reliance Entertainment is to Shivaay ...neither KJO not AD have a say on distribution...they just produced the movie and sold the rights to distribution company
