Sultan has raised the bar of sports wrestling movie on a very high level. From Dangal it has to do same.

period !!

It's more than giving inspiration, it's being mentor for them and guiding them towards the ultimate goal of winning gold. And I would say Aamir has put alot in his transformation, too. He gained so much weight for his older self then lost so much and built up his muscles for his younger self. So dedication was there for both, even more so for Aamir. I guess at the end, both movies have different take on wrestling and especially women wrestlers. And the only reason I am actually a bit put off by sultan is that it subtly throws the message that women are bound by their circumstances, so they can abandon their dreams, they can sacrifice. but, not men! Salman learned wrestling in what a month? And high rolled his way to gold medal. On top of that, the realistic progression of athlete's training for such sports is nonexistent in sultan. But again, not saying sultan is bad, it served up to a different audience that was there for the love story, songs, and salman. Dangal will serve up to a different audience, and hopefully display a more important societal message.
