He also has had random bad luck. I think Kaminey would have been clean hit under normal circumstances but there was panic about bird flu or something when it released. He also seems to always follow a critical success with a let down even when sometimes the films weren't signed in that order. JWM followed by Kismat Konnection (which I liked but seem alone!), Kaminey followed by Dil Bole Hadippa, Haider followed by Shandaar - he can't seem to build on any success and establish his "brand" so to speak.
