The actress was impressed by her 'Shivaay' co-star who did his own stunts...

Polish actress Erika Kaar is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Shivaay and the actress has already imbibed much from actor Ajay Devgn. She was surprised to see Ajay perform his own stunts for the film.

In Hollywood, most stars go for body doubles rather than risk falling down and getting injured while doing some action sequences. But Ajay wanted to raise the bar when it comes to action for this film. The trailer itself has him doing daredevil scenes such as climbing snow-covered mountains and driving on top speed.

Seeing her hero indulge in these acts, the actress too, was inspired to try out a few stunts herself. "Actors in the West don't take the risk of doing their own stunts. So, it was surprising to see Ajay perform death-defying action himself. Not only is it commendable, but to see him perform his stunts himself during the Bulgaria schedule also inspired and motivated me to do a couple of my action sequences myself," says Erika.

EXCLUSIVE: Phupho Nani found me pretty in Shivaay's song Tere Naal Ishqa - Sayyeshaa Saigal on Saira Banu

Sayyeshaa Saigal, Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu's grandniece, is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Ajay Devgn's Shivaay. She got candid when we asked her about Dilip and Saira's 50th wedding anniversary and talking about the celebrations, she said, "We had a very small family gathering and not too many people were there. You know 50 years is a lifetime, I told them that. It's truly a lot of time and they are the most loving couple I have seen on the planet. She is such a devoted wife."

"Phupho Nana (Dilip Kumar) is not keeping all that well these days and the amount of looking after she does and the devotion is like how we have for God. It's something we don't see in today's world. The devotion that they have for each other is something people should take from them," added Sayyeshaa.

When we asked her whether they both have watched the trailer or not - her answer to our query was simple. She said, "Yes, they have watched the trailer and even the song Tera Naal Ishqa. Phupho Nani found me pretty and also said that I looked nice. She really liked the way it was shot because it was shot beautifully."

Well, we hope that Sayyeshaa, through Shivaay is able to impress the audience!

Sayyeshaa Saigal: "Shivaay' has to work"

Sayessha to make debut opposite Ajay Devgn in Shivaay'

Industry kids acting in Bollywood is not new to the industry, with them often being referred to as "star kids". The latest on the block is Sayyeshaa Saigal, niece of Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu, who is all set to make her debut in Ajay Devgn's Shivaay'.

Speaking to Mid Day, the debutante said, "The only insecurity I have is whether people will like me. I don't have an alternate career option. So, Shivaay' has to work for me."

Saigal added that she got the offer after Devgn had seen her pictures, following which she had given an audition which she passed.

Shivaay' is slated to release this Diwali, alongside Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.

Kajol Will Join Ajay Devgn On The Kapil Sharma Show'

The clash between Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is old news but many are still fueling the fire, Ajay Devgn being one himself. The cast of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil just had a ball when they appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show.

We now hear that Devgn will also be seen promoting Shivaay on The Kapil Sharma Show with debutantes, Erika Kaar and Sayyesha Saigal. But, according to reports, he is also planning to get wife, Kajol on the show.

Viewers have not seen Kajol and Ajay on the show together in many years and the couple is leaving no stone unturned to promote the film. It looks like we're going to see a lot of fireworks before Diwali this year.

"This Diwali, be a Shivaay"

Ajay Devgn gave out another teaser from his upcoming movie 'Shivaay' which says "This Diwali, be a Shivaay".

The 47-year-old actor took to his Instagram handle to post a video that shows snippets of action-packed scenes, broken glass and Ajay sitting alone in the cold snow.

The 'Drishyam' star earlier unveiled a number of dialogues from the movie as it gears up for a Diwali release on October 28.

One promo hinted on the relationship Ajay's character shares with Erika in the film while the others highlighted the equation that the actor shares with his on-screen daughter Abigail and lead co-star Sayyeshaa.

Through some intense dialogues, Ajay is seen confessing his undying love for Erika after which she is seen asking him to come along with her to Bulgaria.

Ajay denies her offer and says, "Shivaay Himalaya ke siva kahi aur nae jee payega" (Shivaay will not be able to survive anywhere except for in the Himalayas).

Check out the first look of Shivaay comic book

The comic book culture is back and Bollywood has grabbed the opportunity. Actor Ajay Devgn's has collaborated with TBS Planet to create a comic book series based on his movieShivaay. The series will be available in both paperback and e-book format on leading e-commerce websites along with select bookstores for INR 99. Inspired by the movie, the book will be launched at Comic Con Mumbai on October 23rd. Meanwhile, the first four pages of the comic book were shared on social media by the official page of Shivaay.

The page read, "The Shivaay Comic Book is here! Read the first 4 pages of the book.. Come back tomorrow as we take the story forward. Author - Rajeev Tamhankar TBS Planet." Check out the first look here:

Talking about the collaboration with Shivaay movie Rajeev Tamhankar, founder of TBS Planet, said in an earlier official statement, "We are official comics partners for Ajay Devgn's upcoming Bollywood movie Shivaay. We are developing an entire comic book series over it. The first book will be launched by Mr. Devgn and other cast members at Comic Con Mumbai on 23 October."

"The comic book features the adventures of the mountaineer Shivaay. "The readers and fans will have a treat reading the comic as the book's story and characters are completely independent of the movie," Tamhankar said.

TBS Planet aims to bring the comics culture back in India. They have also created the comic book series for Tiger Shroff's movie the Flying Jatt with Balaji Motion Pictures in the recent past.
