As someone whose worked part-time for a CGI company, even if the Uri attacks took place a month before it did, it'd been damn near impossible to finish the face-morphing on time. They'd also need to scan Saif's face frome every angle to put it on Fawad's. KJO would have to know some god-like CGI firms ( Red Chillies 😛) for this to happen.
