Raj - He will eventually become director but he won't be able to find actors like himself to act in his movies. Problem with good actors is that they can't take mediocre acting.

You know what I liked in the IV, when KJo said RK is a damn good actor, Anupama instantly agreed and enphasized on it.

Everyone is assured of his capabilities and mettle. He just has to choose better scripts.
