Zindagi channel was more of a political diplomatic initiative ( financially never was lucrative ) and part of the govts initiative of better cultural relations with our neighbours esp Pakistan .

The Uri incident has led to the hardening of govts stand across several issues pertaining to Pakistan . Zee channels decision regarding pak shows reflects that .

This is no channel revamp .
