Chandra said that out of the 9 current pakistani actors in India, 6 come from the Zindagi Channel...and he asked them to just issue a generic statement condemning the terrorist attacks, without even naming pakistan... but these beloved actors did not not oblige even for this simple a request 🤢... and here people are writing essays after essays in support of them!

MadOwhat another great post except I have my doubts about Afghanistan. I always felt it like a bottomless pit. Their governments are no less better. So many empires and nations have drained their economy on them and in return received nothing but betrayal. It just takes one new government and a whole lot goes to waste.

If anything, that is what people should make threads on.

I have no issues with Pak actors working in India when there are no issues between the countries...relation should be symbiotic and synergytic...and not one sided as it stand today.. .I am not even judging the aam janta of Pak ...and for that matter i even think Nawaf Sharif is well intentional when it comes to relation with India (even Modi hasnt personally attacked him)

...its just that the Tail wags the Dog in Pakistan...The ISI and its stooges are calling the shots...and the Military endorses the Good terrorist (against India & Afghan) & Bad Terrorist (their own self made Frankenstein philosophy...and the aam junta takes it lying time...it time they feel the pressure of isolation...and wake up and drive the change.

At this juncture ... it is unfair to entertain any kind of a relation when Pakistan works against Indian Interest by creating stone walls on global platform...NSG is the latest one...They refuse the give MFN status to India, when India has obliged them with one...and further creates trouble through the T export.

...and it sounds weird when some of the fellow countrymen put a non specific actor above the National interest...Some go further and conjure conspiracy theories like the the thread subject

summary is fellow country men celebs, everything is below nation n national security n to fellow neighbours keep loving bollywood

It just needed 100k signature but it has crossed over 162k. They should understand a clam atmosphere doesnt mean this time they will they will get away with lenient commitment.

America doesnt give a shit. They are the worst offenders of divide and rule concept. For example this petition got over 104K signatures.

Hi Bossy...hope i wasnt responsible for jamming you thread yesterday...the damn thing happened when the conversation was getting interesting.

On you Afghan point above...I too am skeptically given the history...but my point was Paks approach to the 2 countries in terms of classifying terrorism

Musharaf has gone on record saying they were supporting the Taliban because India support the elected govt (Karzai)...when the news anchor asked him ...then why does Pak recognise the elected govt...he had a blank face😆...so the whole policy is India centric...guess we should go over board and start supporting China (Just Joking)

Waise Pak is complex situation...future dikhta nahi kuch😆

That is entirely their own doing. When you differentiate between good terrorists and bad terrorists and mix state and religion together and form your own backdoor deals and treaties eventually it bites you back. The problem with Afghanistan is I know India wants to help it civilise but these people dont want to progress. History has bear witness to that. There is some mindless turf wars that go on and they like to have their own little jirgas run the show. The persians, turks, brits, soviets, americans, pakistanis have all failed miserably and pumped insane amount of money which disappeared into thin air.
