Do you mean to say, MNS were correct each time? Or MNS is wrong every time (including current one?). Let me presume the third option. They were wrong only in earlier times and not the current one. If so, what exactly is your allegation on KJo?

Why should KJo or anybody should speak up on every issue, whether it affects them or not? If one does not speak up, that does not mean they approve it. For example, they might be hiring non Maharashrians in their work, without protesting MNS in open.

In Wake Up Sid, they could get on with a disclaimer and an apology. They managed. But this time MNS is demanding him to chop off certain scenes, which may be crucial, which might have been shot abroad. So replacement is not an option. Hence he is speaking up.

At least in ADHM, Fawad did not replace any other Indian. In Sultan, an Indian singer was rudely replaced at the last minute to be sung by Rahat. Will MNS take a stand to stop playing that song? Will any one even raise their voice about this issue? No. (Sorrry, my intention is to expose double standards of MNS. Not to get into SRK v/s Sallu war).

If MNS is really patriotic, let it do one constructive step towards Maharashtra/India than these hooliganalism. Let its members contribute something which goes towards martyr's families. Whether Akki is a Indian citizen or not, his gesture towards Indian military is very positive. What will a soldier's family gain from stopping of a movie?

I was watching Udaari (which deals with a sensitive issue like child sex abuse). Should I have skipped the last episode which shows the victory of the survivor (who refuses to call herself a victim)? Instead watch Icchadhari Naagins, because they are Indian soaps? Why associate patriotism with the shows we watch? A Kashmiri or Pakistani would watch Bollywood movie, despite their displeasure against Indian government or military. When we want independence as audience, why can't we grant the same independence for the creators of these shows?

Main problem lies within the industry, which does not have unity. They have to stand as one (Bollywood as well as regional) and ask the government to shield them from such organisations. Today this issue, tomorrow some other. KJo should release his movie, without much clarification.

Except some theatres (where shows are disrupted), it will collect what would have collected otherwise (2 to 3% less). If the movie tanks, it will be mainly due to KJo's direction than Indian's patriotism.
