Great dialogue delivery

Great comedy timing

Great acting

Most importantly, he has been able to re-invent himself every 10 years to keep up with the changing times

70s... angry young man

80s...full masala package, doing crude comedy, songs and dances

90s... the worst decade for him

after that he came back strongly 😉

You can add the charisma of Shahrukh , perfection of Aamir, flamboyance of Salman and will still be miles short of the grandeur of the man, we call Amitabh Bachchan . 😉

I rate him very highly.

He is very versatile and can fit into any role. He's done it all.

Watched PINK today and was mega-impressed with him, just like after watching Piku.

What a powerhouse! His performances are extremely convincing and stirring.

As Deepak Sehgal today, he was a force of nature.

You did? I have no company to watch it with as they think it will leave them disturbed...but I am dying to watch it...Hopefully next week I will find someone...

Oh I hope you find someone to watch it with. Watched it with my friend. It is definitely worth watching. Gonna post my review of it on the review thread. Read if interested. :)

@Zandu- Dekho aur batao kaisi lagi. Ab Sr, Taapsee and everyone else were fab. Ab Sr's dialogues during the courtroom part of it are very intelligently written and cutting.

He is brilliance. Be it in the 80s or be it in the roles he does today. There has never been a role of his that I saw where he wasn't amazing. What also works in his favour is his baritone & personality. He's a powerful actor that deserves every bit of the acclaim for his acting.
