ok first of all an actress' work is not limited to latkas and jhatkas..even if there are actresses who aren't actually good at acting and dance and glamour is their main selling point..like kat..even those are better than sid because hey they can dance!..sid is neither a fabulous actor nor a good dancer.

actually anupama's question was about kala chashma, so his answer was in that context... i think he was talking about the dancing... hence the female energy latkas and jhatkaas, but his first sentence he should have left out about insecurity 😆

Could be. As I am watching the rest of the interview, Anupama is asking about pain and whether actors use that upheaval to draw from and Kat kind of said that there are great actors with happy families and Sid is like, 'No, but you don't know what is going on behind the scenes'. Since Anupama was alluding to the RanKat break up, I think Sid could have left it alone but maybe foot in the mouth syndrome, lol.

There are other instances where he contradicted Kat again and nothing wrong with that per se, but it might not be interpreted well.

This guy is very inarticulate so I would like to watch him say this but if this is his mentality then it's just sad.
I guess they say it right, pretty ones are the dumber ones.
