Its stupid when people claim Khans/Akki/Ajay ruled the 90's. Thats like saying Ranbir/Ranveer/Varun are ruling now.. which is clearly not the case lol. Back then the superstars we have right now were just gaining stardom and fans. NOW they are the biggest stars we have and it took them years to reach these positions.

Govinda, Sunil and Sunny were big for a brief period. I think Varun will be one of them in the future, he might vanish too.

Sunil was big for a brief period with 1 Blockbuster (Mohra was previously a SuperHit but It's now a Blockbuster), 1 All Time Blockbuster (Border was previously a Blockbuster), 1 SuperHit (Diwale) & 4 Semi Hits e.g. Anth, Gopi Kishan, Krishna & Bhai.

Govinda & Sunny Deol were huge in the 90s and they were one of the top 5 actors along with the Khans. Both of them were bigger than Akki & Ajay.

Govinda had success in films like Hum, Saajan Chale Sasural, Coolie No.1, Dulhe Raja, Muqabla,Shola Aur Shabnam, Raja Babu, Hero No.1, Hassena Maan Jayegi and ect.

Sunny had success in Border, Ziddi, Ghayal, Gathak, Jeet, Darr, Damini, Imithaan,Narsimha, Vishwatma, Kshatriya, Lootere and Arjun Pandit.

Those films I mentioned proves that Sunny & Govinda were bigger than Akki & Ajay.

SRK has ruled bollywood from start, started giving big hits in india / overseas, Akshay's Khiladi series are biggest Single Screen hits of 90's. From Saugandh to Mohra, all big openings & big hits.

Akshay only had a few Hits/SuperHits + 1 Blockbuster (Mohra) in the early and mid 90s. Mohra was a SuperHit but It's now been declared a Blockbuster.

What was the period for Akki from 1997 - 1999? All Flops until Jaanwar was declared a Semi -Hit. He was going through a bad phase from 1997-1999 which is a fact. You talk as if Akki had so much success the same way SRK had In the 90s.

Saugandh was a FLOP. Dancer, Mr Bond, Deedar, Sanik & Ikke Pe Ikka were FLOPS as well.

Why I'm I picking out years? If that's the case then why are you picking out years for Salman by giving example of his Flops from 1992-1993. You're talking as If Akki was bigger than Salman in the 90s because the fact is he wasn't.

Akki is one of my favourites actors but ya he was below Sunny Deol, Govinda, Aamir & Salman In the 90s. Those four were bigger craze than Akki & Ajay. Akki wasn't the second biggest in the 90s next to SRK...It was only In 2007.

I know SRK was the biggest star in the 90s so there's no need to tell me about his Hits, SuperHits, Blockbusters & Overseas.

Big fan of Sunil, Ajay, Akki & Sunny hence why I'm an Action Junkie 😉 Sanju Baba is one of my favourites as well... another true Action Hero.

Yes, Vinashak was a Flop which is my mistake. Waqt Humara Hai was also a Flop like you mentioned.

The BoxOffice verdicts for 90s films have changed. Some that were Hits have now become SuperHits. Mohra was a SuperHit but it's now been declared a Blockbuster.

Border was previously a Blockbuster but it's now an All Time Blockbuster.


Gopi Kishan, Krishna, Bhai & Anth are Semi-Hits. Dilwale has been declared a SuperHit as well.

Don't tell me these info for those 3 websites I sent you isn't reliable because it pretty much justifies everything.

If you know the BoxOffice status for those times, then how come you're not aware that the verdicts for 90s films have changed? I've given you an example of Border & Mohra.

I'm a fan of Sunil Shetty and he's one of my favourite actors hence why I'm aware of his Hits, Semi-Hits, SuperHits, Blockbusters and Flops.

Sunil had 1 Blockbuster (Mohra), 1 All Time Blockbuster (Border) & 4 Semi-Hits in the 90s. Some were declared Average/Below Average while the rest were Flops during that decade. This is a fact and I don't even have a lot of knowledge about this whole BoxOffice thing.

Ajay Devgan was and always will be a big star. He may have succceded in Golmaal but that's the right step. SRK's strong point is Romance... He also started doing bad films like Chennai Express, HNY, Diwale and so and so. You talk as if Ajay is the only one who's made crap movies.

Ajay Devgan is a Legend... He's one of the best actors of all time. Haters are going to Hate.

SRK has wasted his talent this decade but I hope he makes up for It when he does Raees. I'm looking forward to seeing him play negative role. This is the SRK I like...the old SRK from 90s era who did gave Baazigar & Darr which is are one of his good performances.

My Name is Khan, Don & Fan are the only good movies he's done this decade. Raees looks promising but I'm not keen on his upcoming films with Imtiaz Ali & Annand Rai.

Same old masala films? Akshay had many as well eg. Rowdy Rathore, Boss, Holiday, Khaata Meetha, Gabbar, Housefull 1 & Housefull 2. So stop being hypocritical as If Akki didn't do any South Indian remakes.

Akki has done more South Indian remakes than Salman & Ajay have this decade. It's a fact... No more excuses 😛

I'm not going bash Akki because he's one my favourites along with Ajay & Salman.

It's high time SRK makes up for a another good performance in Raees just like Fan.

Whether you like it not, Ajay & Salman Bhai here to stay. No retirement for them.
