Just because Bajrangi made more money than Dilwale does not mean Salman himself made more money from it. The money ends up getting disbursed in different ways. Some territories net more money for actors than others, etc. None of us know all these details about how much a person really made. Magazines like Forbes do their own research and come up with totals. They are probably not 100% accurate either but the estimates are pretty good usually.
I would have agreed with u completely if this was 2000-09 decade in question. SRK was doing his BEST, his films were fetching huge amount in every circuit.
But this decade - 2010-16
If i will show u CIRCUIT wise list, u will be surprise to see SALMAN LEADING in every CIRCUIT with all his films released this decade. Which distributor will pay him LESS or CHEAP if he is making so much money for them?
You think Salman or his dad Salim (who distributes his film) doesn't know what actual inCOME of Salman films in those circuits?
Salman being producer of a 600+ Cr WW Grosser makes him biggest PROFIT for any Actor/Producer ever has done any film.
I am ok with SRK part if they have included his endorsements & even KRK thing, he is huge in BUSINESS thing, no DENY... but AKKI ka laga hai JHATKA Zor ka, coz he is not earning anything in any circuits or from any films that much which is showed in list.
