Why would anyone dislike anyone's surrogacy?😕 Amir and Kiran wanted a child of their own, she couldn't conceive, they opted for surrogacy... Shahrukh Gauri wanted another child, Gauri couldn't conceive, they went for surrogacy.. Is mein ghalat kia hai?😕

Pehchaan has raised a valid question...what about sperm donation?? isn't that using someone's body as well for ur personal gains?? So is that going to be banned too?

Its your responsiblity as citizen to not have 3 kids

Srk have inspired million of indians to have 3 kids

Imagine all srk fans are now going to have 3 kids coz he did it

government needs to put a limit on having kids... max 2 or 3 kids/ family...

overpopulation is a problem... at least the educated crowd understands, but the rural areas they have 8 - 9 kids... we talk about educating them.. it doesn't work like that.. there are schools for them but there are very few serious about studies... life there is much simple.. cook, eat, work, sleep...attending weddings and having babies that's all they know how to do... they don't grasp the bigger picture...they dont understand things like these: http://www.everythingconnects.org/overpopulation-effects.html

one of the problems with overpopulation is poverty and increased crime rate then people wonder why there are rapes happening in our country... thats what happens when people listen to their own whims and have 8 or 9 kids and lose track of most of them..

this chalta hai attitude in india really needs to stop...

we need to demand from our government to put this rule... no more screaming "but india is democracy"... for the sake of our kids, grandkids, and future generations this has to be controlled...

@ Nimbumirchi - BANG on post on the impact of following this.. It's mostly the lower middleclass and lower class who end up having 3/4/5 kids even today.. Which ends in no education, no proper upbringing, increasing beggary, increasing unemployment, increasing crimes (to exploit and to be exploited) and increasing economical crisis pulling the country down in the long run.. I am in favor of having max 2 kids and having it legalized.. But anyways, since when India implements laws and order 🤪

Now on surrogacy, indeed it has become a business, but I dont believe in blanket ban 😳 There could be background check, proper investigation and case study for every couple/individual if they opt for surrogacy.. I quite dislike SRK and Amir's surrogacy, but not Tushar's.. There are 1000 couples who actually indeed need surrogacy and it has come as blessings to them.. Banning it would result in depriving all genuine cases from the last ray of happiness they can get.. But never mind, ultimately it's the delicacy of rich and powerful and quick-money lovers who quite misused the concept and genuine couples have to suffer ! Nothing new here !

Next what ? Ban Sperm-donation concept as well ?

I also don't agree with Blanket ban. But I am in support of banning Foreign Surrogacy. That is where the major problems start since foreigners can afford it in Rupees and some of our doctors n middlemen greed increases.
