From a rationale view, it does not seem possible. Stars want media recognition from TV ,movie based magazines and websites and of course newspapers. The top stars have publicists and second rung have fllmy journo friends. TV stars may be visiting because there are popular magazines or sites for them. But they do have loads of tele news programs for them.
