They sent 80 officials but

But now that she has qualified for the Final, Ahmad has been rushed to the South American city to keep her in optimum shape in order to help India land its first medal in gymnastics at the Olympics.

Boss- Do you hear about Shanti Devi ?
She was part of Bihar's team that won the National Kabaddi Championships in 1982 and 1983. These days, she sells vegetables at the Sonari Aerodrome Market in Jamshedpur to feed her 4 children.

They are under gag orders. Ive heard from someone that they cant even open kickstarter or go fund me pages because the Govt frowns at them.
