I Dont know if you have ever heard about meena kumari Her marriage to writer-director Kamal Amrohi soured when Dharmendra made an appearance in her life. Meena Kumari is credited with helping Dharmendra make a career in Bollywood. Unfortunately, it ended her marriage. Kumari became an alcoholic and damaged her liver. Towards the end of her life, she and Amrohitook up the stalled Pakeezah' project . Despite her failing health, Meena Kumari gave the performance her all. She died all alone three weeks after the movie released with no money left to pay her hospital bills.

Nice gesture.I hope he keeps his words and this is not a drunk tweet. It will mean a lot to the athletes , someone recognising their efforts. This is a wake up call( repeated one) to the government to improve the sports infrastructure.

I think our athletes deserve it. They've been making India proud. I hope the govt steps up and builds training centres for all kinds of sports. I hope Salman and others help the other sports get recognition and urge the govt to arrange for all kinds of facilities that would help these athletes.
