Alia was so out of place in their talks, it was hilarious. He is intellectually very doted, and that can come of as boring, or it can come of as a great interview. He exudes the kind of charisma, yet humility I would expect from someone I'd want to call a 'star'. He IS 'a bloody good actor.' And it's quite incredible that he doesn't have to resort to cheap, mediocre stunts; excessive social media PR or flattering interviews (that aim at badmouthing co-actors) all over television to prove that. In fact, I remember Varun Dhawan saying once that the best advice he ever got while entering BW was from RK: 'Not to wish bad for your colleagues.' It's genuine and it's a nice change. Sure, he's had his lows, but I think he'll bounce back. Masand is right. He's good. He's the best this generation/age-group has for me, by far, and he should be absolutely proud of that.

P.S. - I feel as if his pathetic love life, and the way it's been handled took out so much of what should have been a brilliant career. But oh well, comes with the territory I guess.
