My cousin was also pregnant and she was only 65KG during her entire pregnancy. Looking at her it was actually hard to tell if she was pregant. Some women don't gain much weight during pregnancy and it's completely fine. BTW kareena must be on some high fruit diet or something considering she is an actress and has to get back in shape within months.

What are u talking about? She looks very much pregnant. I'm assuming her to be around 5 months pregnant now that she's due in early DEC. She's carrying a child not getting filled with air to get bloated overnight! Itne mahine mein utna hi pet dikhta hain 😆

So she's gaining weight only from her stomach?...Everything else is the same?😆 This is reminding me of Beyonce's pregnancy which was also faked.

Kapoor's gain weight fast lol I remember Karishma blew up when she was pregnant.

More than her looks, its the trip before the announcement and the fact that they want the baby delivered in London which I find odd.

to me she looks pregnant. My sister in law was pregnant and during the time where kareena is now even her stomach was this much only. it becomes more visible after 5th month.

She is probably going to London to deliver so that her kid gets a British Citizenship and also so that media dont bombard the hospital to click some pics. they want their privacy.
