In HW that's becoming common... I remember Julia Roberts during her first pregnancy was on a tv show, it was her last trimester and except for the big belly she looked the exact same

Actresses even pose in a bikini showing off their toned body and flat stomach barely a month after delivery, a feat impossible for regular women

I've worked in OB Gyn for 3 months and I assure you, I saw and treated MANY women who only remained petite throughout their pregnancies till their deliveries. Only their abdomen grew.

It's not that uncommon. It depends on a woman's body type and their diet mainly. Not to mention, EACH pregnancy is unique.
