I found it but man u r off about so many things that no wonder I couldn't find it.

1) there are background dancers

2) the hero sings

3) its not sunil, akki, mamta, raveena or shilpa

4) most of the song is shot on boat and not in some shady place.

5) she is not wearing black coat

6) the song is not popular or catchy nor was the movie.

7) there is no rain

8) its not that hot either.

these misdirections created unnecessarily problems because first I was looking for sunil and then akki then looked for shilpa, raveena, mumta then looked for rain songs then looked for songs where hero doesn't sing, looked for them to be alone, looked for shady place songs, looked for hero to be angry and so on.

anyways its not even a good song. I don't know why u were looking for it, was stuck in your head?

hahaha, u were rite. I found that one and so did this one but that one was easy compared to this one. Here directions weren't clear, it was going everywhere.
