The subject anyways didn't appeal to me...the guy was anything but a hero so to say that something he did will help anything in real life is like a big time joke...which is not funny...if your spouse cheats on you , you leave him/her or basically do anything other than what the guy concerned did 😕

If they try making Nanavati a martyr, it'll be total fail. Nanavati and his team used his navy background and and loyal husband who was cheated by his amorous english wife to get the jury ruling in his favor, which was later challenged but by then he left the country and emigrated to Canada. It was a crime of passion but a crime nonetheless .

Akshay in masand interview said it is mix a lot of stories and not entirely based on nanavati case

Which other cases? Makers are probably saying this to avoid being sued by Nanavaty's family or I could be wrong maybe there are more twists and turn will wait for the film to release and then judge.
