I feel akki this year with his movies has really created a good image with family goers too but ya the content of this movie might keep them at bay 🤔

I just feel and hope that MD would have a great story as the Censors pointed out...Also, the trailer was mostly condemned for it not being accurate in terms of history which sometimes viewers give it a benefit of doubt if the story is appealing and strong.

Rustom is quite boring from the trailer as Akshay has done similar movies in the past years.

Just hope that both movies do well and I'll be watching both.

How is Special 26 similar to Baby, or Baby similar to Airlift. Or now Rustom similar to any of the above movies.
Apart from them all having Akki as a lead.
his similar movies are those goofy comedies which he has been doing in last ten years.

I found all those movies similar. Add Holiday too as mostly it was a similar concept with Akshay playing a similar character minus Special 26 which was a bit different. While Baby, Holiday and Airlift were stories about patriotism mainly. I sometimes get confused with the names as I find Akki doing the same thing again and again...Secret mission, helping citizens, fighting with terrorists for the country...Also, these movies are being released almost back to back. I liked all of them (especially Baby).

Still they were not same, especially not in story or direction or script. Yeah they were not masala entertainers(especially Special 26, Airlift and Baby, I am separating Holiday because it had enough songs and masala comic relief), something which everybody would enjoy, I remember people walking out of Baby. but it is okay, not everybody is gonna like a movie without songs and entertaining comic moments. but all these movies were different movies, maybe Indian patriotism(apart from Special 26) was given a bit more significance which make it seem like they are similar but they are not exactly same type of movie. where we saw Akki doing same thing.

I think MD because of HR and content. MD is about dreaming hero, kid love that kind of movie, fight with crocodile & jinx 😆. I just hope they cut off the kiss scene. It will 100% perfect for kid.

Rustom more for adult. I don't think kids want to see story about lawyer, court, marriage tragedy...bla bla.. 😆
