I was going to say in her defense that some people do experience debilitating symptoms...but then i realized she was already at the event. How rude of her.

I know. And I'm aware of that but such people are usually rolling around and sitting up writhing in pain. I do not expect her to do strenuous activity but standing up for 30 seconds on a event you already dolled up to attend is such a copout.
