It's Preity Zinta and I believe she is a Rajput

here..I got this from Wikipedia

Preity Zinta( formerly Preetam Singh Zinta) born 31 January 1975 is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood movies. She is among the most successful actresses in the industry.

She comes from a Hindu Rajput family of Rohru in Shimla District.
