Blast From The Past: When Ranbir Kapoor confessed of cheating on DP

Unfortunately, Ranbir Kapoor hasn't really got very lucky with love. He split with Deepika Padukone back in 2009. Following which, he recently even broke up with Katrina Kaif after being in a relationship with her for over 5 years. But while he is yet to open up on his split with Katrina. We happened to stumble upon this old interview where Ranbir had actually admitted to cheating on DP. Yes!

In a 2011 interview with this filmy glossy, Ranbir finally broke his silence on how he's to be blamed for messing up his relationship with Deepika, despite being together for two years. He said, "Yes, I have cheated, out of immaturity, out of inexperience, out of taking advantage of certain temptations, out of callousness. You realise it now, when you grow up and you value it more why be in a relationship, why be committed to someone when you cannot be committed? I've realised that now. That's why I don't want to jump into a relationship with anybody because ... unless you have a special bond, a special equation with somebody, somebody who you can be committed to, somebody who can trust you, who you can respect, there's no point."

When Ranbir and Deepika split in November 2009, it was rumoured that he had an affair with Katrina Kaif. But Ranbir further went on to add,"Infidelity is the deal breaker. Once it comes in, respect goes away, trust goes away and these are the pillars of a relationship you can't f*** around with it." Whoa! Can you believe he'd actually said that?

Well, it's really brave of Ranbir to come out in open and own up to his mistake which probably could also be the reason why DP is back on talking terms with Ranbir. But this equally makes us wonder if the same applies even with his recent break up with Katrina. I mean, could be right?
