i can't sleep cause my mind is too active,i keep thinking random things and though sleepy can't sleep.Becomes hard when i know i have to wake up early ..the more u think i'll have to sleep the less chances of sleep coming.u r lucky u r accoustomed to less rest,I feel tired all day,,but no sleep at night.
Yes it does but for some people it doesn't really affect. I know two more people in real life who do the same. I'm absolutely focused. I just can't sleep. I m always hyper. I can hear my own heart beat sometimes. My skin feels warm. Not kidding but it's very hard for me to sleep. I binge watch so many shows and movies. Just a 15 min power nap every now and then is enough.
There are few people who know me very well here. You can ask them yourself. It's not like idon't want to sleep. I just can't sleep for more than 20 mins. So instead of lying down i do stuff to stay busy.
I have dark circles the size of a well now😭

I suffer from mild depression too but I don't know can be just cranky mood.
