Deepika is 30. She is at her peak now, in a few short years either marriage or the market may put her in a different place. So this is the time for her to be at her ambitious best. DP is #1, but after you have BTDT, what next ? So why not HW ? If she wants to go to HW, now is the time. There will definitely not be opportunities there if she is a much older. BW will always be there. She may not be #1, but she can always have a career. An entire generation of married actresses who are also mothers have already made it easier for DP's generation to have a career long after their peak.

Anushka hasn't done as many movies as Deepika so as an actress she seems like a fresher and much more exciting option plus her acting skills are an added bonus !

There wont be an end even with only one movie release in a year or even if she has some flops. most of the actors also have only one or at most two releases and they are also not finished. Hope she even does riskier roles or movies more like out of the box.

I think it's good that Dp always ends up surprising people. In 2012, articles were written about how her career was over and then she surprised everyone with Cocktaik. Maybe next year she'll end up signing siram or another film and end up surprising once again
