I pirated Great Grand Masti and have no remorse about it. Went to watch in theatre and it turns out it is only 94 minutes wrong. As I began watching some scenes did not make sense. They were unexpectedly cut off. And some other dialogues didn't make sense and felt like it was dubbed. It was hard to follow the movie so I got up and walked to the next screen and watched BFG instead. When I came home I watched Great Grand Masti online. And you know what the online version is 134 minutes long. Although the quality was not in HD I still enjoyed watching it without all the censorship. So unless censor board stops treating people like school children and limit freedom of expression in a democratic country how can you curb on line piracy?

There are also other movie's which I enjoyed watching like Masaan, Talvaar, Aligarh etc which I didn't even hear at all before and most likely would have not watched it had it been not for online.

What about you guys which movies did you accidentally enjoyed watching and may have not seen otherwise had it not been for online?

Movies being pirated and put up before its actual release is real bad 👎🏼

Its a diff thing if its done once a movie is few days old, then its ones decision but when its put online before the actual release there might be people who watch it for the sake of curiousity or just so that they can brag abt watching it before others!

Boss my case is very unlucky.
Watched Sultan in theatre . I was late a few minutes , so missed one song Bulleya.
They didn't show Sacchi mucchi in my show and I didn't wait till end credits , so found about Sultan's daughter on forum 😭
Now I have to watch pirated version.
Waise I hate piracy.

Movies being leaked before the release date is really bad.

While there are some movies that are too old and I can't even find them online. Especially French and German movies.

Well the same issue for me. Imagine paying for 1 kilo gulab jamun and getting 750gms? That's how it felt to be shortchanged. Trimming a 134 minute movie into 95 minutes. Why can't let people be their own judge of what they paid and let them decide for themselves. I'm over 18. Especially when Indian laws shouldn't apply to overseas people. Atleast my theatre is lax and one can sneak into another screen and watch something else but I felt for those who can't.

Me too unless it has some cinematic value like Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park etc. If it not for online I would have missed out on so many good hindi movies.

Do you think it's problem of overseas theatre?
Even my PRDP version had a few scenes missing .
And I make husband pay for premium seats 😭 .
I never noticed it before , but it looks like we are being cheated .
