They do have similar talents. I feel Urmila had a lot of untapped potential. Had she not been an actress in the 90s she might be where Kangana is today.

Both had done brilliant job in thier time and in thier respective roles

Kangana was a drunk addict in Fashion while Urmila was a psycho in Kaun.

This thread is a huge spoiler for those who havent watched Kaun.

Urmila over Kangana though I like both. Nothing can beats Urmila's act in Ek haseena thi, Pyar tune kiya kya, Kaun, Pinjar and others. Urmila proved her versatility Kangy is yet to do that

Kangna is better in the outright crazy roles!
Urmila has the upper hand in subtle or psychological thrillers though!

Unlike popular opinion- I prefer Kangana more in the naive common girl roles(eg-Rani,Datto) than the psychotic ones! I'm not so much a fan of her in the psychotic genre due to the dialouge delivery- I prefer Urmila! She was fantastic in PTKK, or Kaun or even EHT for that matter!

I have seen only Fashion, & bits of Woh Lamhe of Kangana actually!

Urmila hands down..she is such an underrated actress..she has that amazing kiddo face which goes very well with her acting in such movies..on top of that when she cuts her hair short it adds more power to get acting.

Kangana is fab too but her dialogue delivery doesn't make her act very natural...though with tym it has improved a lot.
