No, she can do better than Katty Girl.
just that she has to maintain the mystic she is currently having and open her stupid mouth as less as she can during interviews.

And Shraddha is shite actor, but than again Katty Girl worst of them all, so yeah Shraddha is better than her by default. But being better actor than Katty Girl is not at all an achievement.
