Hmmm I dnt think so. I think coz of that ill-ness he got he would have probably gone from strength to strength. I think after the whole Aish thing that he was shunned and had to make his own luck. Bt I wonder if he ended up with Aish. Would there be a Kat, Zarine running around. But man these 2 would have made great looking babies.
Yeah, if he had married Ash that whole accident would have never happened neither would the messy rumours ( hopefully she wouldn't have married him despite all the allegations) and he would never have turned out to be the same person he is now.
It's so weird how is life is like the literal depiction of "one event can change the course of your entire life" on one end he didn't get to marry the love of his life but he reached a career level because of it that no actor including himself could have dreamt of. Crazy.
