I wonder what facts KR is talking abt, interviewer didn't even ask her any real questions. Legal case is still going on. She is successful, she got 3 NA's but that doesn't give her permission to harass others.

Couldn't finish the entire IV earlier.

Just did.

Have couple of points I would like to throw in.

1. Loved the interviewer first and foremost. He was balanced without any agenda to prove.

Did much better job than Barkha.

2. Many claim this may be paid IV to cleanse her image. I say so be it. It still doesn't take away from what she has offered.

HR must have paid as well. He was desperate to keep up his image. He must have done the same.

May be even have got the Sumans to talk about his side. Its another matter that Sumans made KR come across more stronger.

Everyone does paid PR. It doesn't bother me. KR offered a lot in the IV to tackle issues many face even today.

3. I more so loved what she said about mental illnesses. Be it psychopathy, bipolar or Schizo.

It's ingrained in a lot of people to throw such mental illnesses as insults without realizing they are not.

Mental illnesses are not insults. Saying KR needs help yet go on to mock her doesn't negate the fact many used these tags as insults. Use of such tags shout immaturity and ignorance of many, which again is unfortunate.

This goes to solidify that there are huge # of people in the society who are yet to be educated about mental illnesses. Even if they are aware, they have long way to go to embrace, respect or even empthatize with those who battle and suffer daily.

So I most definitely loved that she didn't take such words as insults to be ashamed of. Rather she has respect for their journey.

Even if they may say all of it for the sake of it, I still admire that as a star she went out there to say it like it is.

A lot of stars feel safe with diplomacy. That's their route to contain their image. While for KR, diplomacy never works.

Even if she comes across eccentric and weird, she doesn't hesitate to speak her mind. And I admire that about her.

4. Her stance on feminism. 👏 A-1.

She made it loud and clear that even if she comes across as a feminist by chance, she hasn't contributed much for the movement.

For me, even that doesn't matter. Many unknowingly contribute towards society. It doesn't negate their contribution.

Even if many feel she's a feminist, so be it. For me feminists do not have to be ideal women. They are humans and they will make mistakes.

People see things very black and white. Feminist is someone who seeks equality be it man or woman.

They do not have to be beacon of ideal behavior nor do I expect them to be. They are humans who want society to be certain way regardless of their flaws.

People should chuck away such mentality that people involve on a movement have to be ideal individuals. No, they don't.

Anyhow, I am glad she clarified her stand.

Facepalm to all those who kept throwing stones at feminism over KR and felt feminism has become a joke over one individual who doesn't even feel she's a feminist in true sense.

5. Lastly, it's good to see her come out and talk about it than stay mum. Many took her silence as victory when they couldn't be more wrong. I also liked the fact she didn't indulge in sharing her personal details unlike Sumans who have made a fool of themselves. She kept it simple and spoke on the overall issues.

Even the interviewer made sure he connected her struggles to the general issues we face in the society.

Pleased with this interview the most.

Everything she's saying sounds rehearsed and her grammar in a lot of her interviews is quite appalling. I'm sure she has someone with her who comes up with the reply and she just regergatats it ( obviously the jist of what she wants to say is kept. But how it's phrased in English someone else comes up with that ).
