So HR supporters found a new bali ka bakra. Though i really liked how the tables turned around and sumans who were heavenly praised, got bashed after their statement went against hr lol

She's being diplomatic here like all other celebs which is safest at the moment. Kudos to Sonam for atleast once saying something wise and keeping her motor mouth shut when she really has no idea what happened in real. As for the KR-HR spat I think both the parties want to end this now. Kangana before her trip said to media that we all shoul move on. HR too is busy with Kaabil and MJ promotion is round the corner. Seems the two parties have sort a midway solution and now its all media chaos that shall slowly die down. As of now the end result of this controversy is that both HR and KR are in safe zones as per their career. HR has all proofs with him and KR has the feminazis with her so I doubt either will wish to make this an issue anymore only until if HR is still keen to prove his innocence with proper legal procedure. (Though he doesnt need anymore since all proofs are in his favor)

Forum peeps truly have 0 reading comprehension. Sonam said women are persecuted in the industry and based on that, she would want to extend her support to a woman who may be facing difficulty. At least pretend to pick on the part of her statement that is actually relevant. I know plenty don't believe women have it hard in the industry at all and have read the same proclamations, so it'd be quite an easy thing to do.

Sonam should have simply said that does not know who is right or who is wrong. Why bring feminism and "me being a woman".
I know i am being too judgemental and uptight but the usage of word feminism in a topic is which is more than man vs woman is futile and giving it a whole new direction. It always happens that the main item is always left behind as people divert every topic to either religion, sexism, communal and race and other such division medium.

Please realize that no one knows what the hell is going on and absolutely no one is right in this issue. The fact that NO ONE reputed is openly taking HR's side should clue people in on that murky reality. Everyone, these celebs as well as the general population, is seeing a tableau from the outside and trying to form their opinions about it. The stars are coming across smarter, because at least they know better than to take sides when the exact truth is not known to them. Look at even someone self-admittedly opinionated like Sonam weighing all perspectives while speaking on it. That's what she's doing when she's spoken about feminism here: considered that women are persecuted in this industry and that may (key word) be playing a role in what's happened here, although she has no idea to tell whether it does or not.

She said one line about it, so try not to be diverted just like you don't want others to be diverted. Instead focus on how she has steered clear on the issue, that is the main crux of her statement and should be the centre of attention too. Not some twisted version of what she's said about feminism.
