She did not compromise YET, doesn't mean that she won't in the future. And I wouldn't judge her if she did. It's not about who is better or not, that's just how y'all are thinking, I don't see it that way. It just is what it is.

I WAS annoyed by lots of people on that thread 😆, but my opinion on the reality of Hollywood still stands, which can be read in further detail in my response to Patronous.

I find it disgusting that you credit anyone doing well in Hollywood to sleeping with powerful white men. I guess you have more insight on this because that's how Deepika got her part with Vin Diesel? I know you're amazed at how well Priyanka is doing in Hollywood but Priyanka's Hollywood journey started way back in 2013 with a voiceover in the animated film, Planes. ABC/Disney needed a voice for the Indian plane and they got Priyanka. Later they offered her a talent holding deal because they knew she would prove to be a valuable asset... they were right! Well done Keli Lee (MD International Content & Talent, ABC/ABC Studios). Quantico is a breakout hit and Priyanka is taking Hollywood by storm. Priyanka has a great manager (Anjula), publicist (Dana) and as a team they are kicking ass! Priyanka is also signed with Hollywood's #1 talent agency, WME. Four women (Priyanka, Anjula, Dana, Keli) worked their butt off to pull this off and I'm super proud of them! 👏 If PC is seeing success now it's because she took big risks long ago. They deserve this success. Women are capable of doing great things too.

PC's Hollywood success makes more sense than Deepika IMO but you keep thinking what you like. I speak facts, you speak assumptions but whatever floats your boat.

First off don't kid yourself, it's not like your topic was some big hit and then was hijacked.

Second of all, it's not just Hollywood - it's Bollywood too. It's not giving credit to anyone, it's just a part of one's journey that cannot be helped. Don't be so freaking naive! And yes I have more insight about this, not because everything I believe is related to Deepika - but because it is a reality of Hollywood/Bollywood and I have done my research on it, and have watched countless tell-alls and I also know of people who attempted success but couldn't reach it without being exposed to sex for favours.

You keep comparing my opinion on PC to Deepika, as if that is supposed to annoy me or something. 😆 It's your ignorance and naiveness that leads you to believe that you are speaking facts...of course, your blindness towards your favourite also contributes to that. Go do some research before assuming that hard work is enough to make it in Hollywood/Bollywood...you call it assumptions, I wish it was that...unfortunately it is reality for thousands of prospective actors/actresses in these entertainment industries. 😳

It's downright pitiful that you are implying that if women sleep with someone for favours they are not doing great things?? Doing great things require a lot of sacrifices, and this is one of them, it is just a part of a great journey. It doesn't take away from everything else. How hard is that to understand? And FYI don't make this a woman vs man issue because it's not...male actors also sleep around and are gay for pay. You seriously need to do some research. 😆

Apply the same logic to your own favs as well then... That's how they made it big in Bollywood so fast and got their Hollywood break!

But according to your logic it's impossible to make it big without sleeping around. there's lots of models in India but they don't make it where Deepika did. you're showing your double standards again and again.

That's great but what makes you so sure Deepika still isn't involved in such activities to further her career? Bollywood is full of open relationship... DP didn't even acknowledge her boyfriend until recently. Hollywood obviously doesn't know or care about him so it's an open ball park for her! Nina and Ruby in the movie but Deepika's the lead? Seems fishy.

Oh yes hmmm, as I recall Vin wanted to work with her in FF7 as well but she couldn't commit. Maybe he was just offering sex for a job offer all along? And DP could finally say yes after saving some dates? I'm sure it's not a possibility that a B-grade actor just happened to be a fan of DP.

Whatever transpires between these stars, whether it is DP and Vin or Priyanka and her handlers, I guess only they know the details 😉

FYI, Nina and Ruby are not as popular as they appear...so it's no shock that either of them is not the main lead 😆
