No one blinks while showing their girls there. Blake Lively went to the White House not too long ao with a dress cut down to there and with high up there to meet the Canadian PM. Ryan Reynolds is Canadian. No one blinked. The First Lady herself shows plenty of skin, shoulder and legs and cleavage too, not this much. PC did wear a saree for her Padma Award and all sanskari, so when it Rome. 😉

She got a very good fashion review when she wore the white suit with the cleavage., so maybe that is why 😆

It's not about the plunging neckline. Kendall wore a plunging neckline. She looked sexy. P.C. looks okaish. She looked so sexy at the time event. I just wish she had chosen a different outfit something that was elegant and sexy too. If she wants to show her boobs, I don't think it a big ass deal.😆

The thing I really appreciate about PC is that she is comfortable with her skin tone and doesn't white wash her face unlike some others..
