Actually, a lot of the HW celebs do wear such dresses. It's not a big deal, it would be if she was a senator or politician.

Could she have gone classier? Yes. But she still looks stunning, it works on her body, and she's fits right in. No biggie.

Priyanka looks stunning here! Many celebrities wore dresses with plunging neckline for the dinner. It's personal choice. I don't think her gown is inappropriate for the occasion. She looks confident and beautiful.

Smart and Sophisticated people always steal the limelight nomater what they wear..

And dont know if its inappropriate for the White house but the Gown just doesn't look good

Having seen others dress in a similar fashion, I don't find anything wrong with the dress. But yeah, she's beginning to look the same in most of her pics now.

Nevertheless, she looks gorgeous!
