Um I have seen most of the actresses you mentioned with pimples on their face. Good quality close up pics of their faces expose all the flaws there. 😉 thank god for good makeup though!

It's a magical product we women called concealer 😉. You can hide anything under it, acne, dark circles anything.. If me with my average skills manage to give the illusion that I have "flawless" skin, these girls have access to some of the best products and people in the world. Plus I am pretty sure they do facials and masks minimum once weekly and their skin is in better shape than the average person, but they also use a lot more cosmetics and heavier cosmetics than the average person so it all evens out. But no one has perfect skin IMO.

There is always that one annoying pimple that breaks out at the worst time possible. I try not to touch it because apparently it makes it worse but it never goes away for days.

I have no idea about boys !! but we girls can happily hide anything with a good concealer and foundation😆

They constantly have spa days and doctor's appointment. I'm dead positive their have a skin/facial/hair person they go to on a frequent basis.
